I was born in Madrid and I’ve always been drawn to all things international, most importantly the connections among countries, cultures, and people. I am always learning new things about interpersonal relationships, and I always approach each interaction with curiosity and respect.

I started my professional career as an enthusiastic entrepreneur in the financial sector. I had the opportunity to learn and grow through leadership from the start of my career, motivating teams in various contexts to achieve their goals. My focus on results expanded my connections and relationships from an economic focus to that of social and environmental solutions with regards to human rights and corporate governance.

I have always been motivated to share and collaborate in the personal and professional development of others, with a focus on sustainability and responsibility on an individual and team level.

For me, coaching is a way of thinking and being. It’s a way of managing with relation to people in varying fields that permits them to achieve their maximum performance potential, and to connect the initiatives and goals of each individual within the organization.

Coaching is a fundamental skill, and in combination with my belief in sustainability, people and teams have become the forefront of my work. I am focused on helping people learn and unlearn, create and grow, and look for new solutions to the challenges that we face.

• As a leader and consultant working with various companies, I’ve designed and implemented strategic plans and sustainable projects in organizations in many corporate sectors including finance, largescale consumption, technology, and health.
• As a coach I’ve collaborated in personal and executive coaching with businesses and organizations in the public and private sector, as well as SMEs.
• At the business level with more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial sector, I’ve led and managed multidisciplinary teams to achieve corporate goals on diverse projects, including:
